Returns, cancellations and refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. This information applies to purchases from Nature Noticed and does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changing your mind — UK, EU and EEA customers
For standard, non-personalised goods bought online, UK, EU and EEA consumers generally have a statutory right to tell us that they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the order, subject to applicable exceptions. Customers in the United States, Canada and Australia may have different cancellation rights under local law, which remain unaffected.
Where the 14-day withdrawal right applies, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind return where permitted by law. Returned items may be inspected and any deduction permitted by law may be made if handling has reduced the item's value.
Where a cancellation right applies, refunds will include the price paid and, where required by applicable law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order. Refunds will be made within the time required by law.
Personalised products
If we offer a product that is made to your individual specification or clearly personalised for you, a statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where appropriate. Please report production or transit problems within 30 days where possible so that we can also raise the issue promptly with our fulfilment partner. This 30-day request does not restrict your statutory consumer rights.
If goods are faulty, not as described or do not do what they are supposed to do, we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Do not return an item to the manufacturer or fulfilment facility unless we have first provided return instructions.
