Orders and contract formation

Product listings are invitations to place an order. Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by sending an order confirmation or beginning fulfilment. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is unavailable, pricing or listing information is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has been taken for an order we do not accept, it will be refunded.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any duties collected by us are shown before you place the order. You are responsible for any import charges not collected at checkout where permitted by law. Payment must be made using an available checkout method.

Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings and the nature of print-on-demand production. Any variation does not affect your rights where goods fail to conform to the contract.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date. We will deliver without undue delay and within any maximum period required by applicable law. Risk passes to a consumer when the consumer, or a person nominated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

Cancellation and 14-day withdrawal right

UK, EU and EEA consumers buying online generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days after receipt of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions including certain personalised goods. For orders delivered in separate lots or pieces, the period begins on receipt of the last lot or piece.

You may submit a cancellation or return request electronically through your customer account while the applicable option is available, or email pickypick00@gmail.com with an unequivocal withdrawal statement. Electronic requests will be acknowledged without undue delay. Full instructions and the model withdrawal form appear in our Return and Refund Policy.

Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It explains return costs, refund timing, exceptions and how to exercise withdrawal rights.

Statutory conformity rights and legal guarantee

Goods must conform to the contract. UK consumers retain all rights under UK consumer law. EU and EEA consumers have statutory remedies for non-conforming goods and a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include repair or replacement and, where those remedies are unavailable, disproportionate or unsuccessful, an appropriate price reduction or termination and refund.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses suffered by a consumer.

Personal data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. The Shopify-generated Privacy Policy remains the governing privacy notice for this store.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but consumers retain any mandatory protections of the country where they habitually reside. Consumers may bring proceedings in any court available to them under applicable consumer law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint.

Changes

The terms applying to your purchase are those in effect when the contract is formed. We may update these terms for future orders.
