Refund policy

This policy explains cancellation, withdrawal and return rights for purchases from Alan Pick trading as Nature Noticed. It does not affect your statutory rights.

14-day withdrawal right for UK, EU and EEA consumers

If you are a consumer buying online, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods. For an order delivered in separate lots or pieces, the period begins after receipt of the last lot or piece.

You may exercise this right through the cancellation or return function in your customer account, where available, or by emailing noticingnature00@gmail.com with your name, order number and an unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw.

We will acknowledge an electronic withdrawal request without undue delay.

If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be extended where applicable law requires. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the applicable deadline expires.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the goods within 14 days to:

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to pay.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the applicable point above, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We do not charge a refund fee.

Exceptions

The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to certain categories of goods, including:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• Sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

• Sealed audio, video or software products once unsealed.

• Any other goods or services excluded from the statutory withdrawal right by applicable law.

The fact that a standard product is produced or printed after an order is placed does not by itself remove statutory consumer rights.

Faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods

Your statutory rights apply if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

UK consumers retain their rights under UK consumer law. EU and EEA consumers retain the statutory conformity and legal-guarantee rights applicable in their country.

Where required by law, we will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or non-conforming goods.
