Delivery estimate

Estimated UK delivery is 3–5 days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, unless we expressly agree a fixed date. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, severe weather, carrier disruption or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order processing and addresses

Orders are processed after payment is authorised. Check your address before ordering. Contact us immediately if it is wrong; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Delays and failed delivery

If we learn of a significant delay, we will contact you where reasonably possible. If delivery is delayed beyond the time required by consumer law, you may have cancellation and refund rights. You are responsible for arranging redelivery or collection when delivery fails because no one is available or information you supplied is incorrect.

Risk and ownership

Risk passes when goods are delivered to you or your nominated recipient. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full.
